Fitness Update


Week 1 was definitely a failure.

I didn’t work out.

I had soda 3 times.

Here are my goals for the last 2 weeks of January:

·         No Soda
·         Exercise 3 times a week


Yup, these are the exact same goals from last week.

If at first you don’t succeed, try again.
